What does "Practitioner Only" mean?
Practitioner grade products are high-strength and high-quality vitamins and supplements that are only available to those under the care of a qualified practitioner. Other names for these ranges are Practitioner Only, Behind the Counter, or Medical Grade supplements.
Where are they and how can I access them?
Some products are on display in our pharmacy whilst others must be kept out of sight. Some are available after a quick consultation in-store with our staff. Others are only available after an in-depth and more comprehensive consultation. We will always adhere to the strict industry guidelines on product availability.
Make sure you bring your script from your practitioner, much like you would bring in your doctor’s script, or make a booking to talk with one of our qualified team members.
Who can prescribe practitioner grade products?
Different brands have different rules about who can prescribe their products. Some products can be prescribed by specially trained pharmacists.
Most scripts we dispense from were prescribed by integrative doctors, naturopaths, nutritionists, and herbalists. We also see scripts from dietitians, veterinarians, chiropractors, osteopaths, TCM practitioners and others.
